Terms of Service

Trimstack is a booking platform operated by Vanguard Image Consulting LLC ("Trimstack", "we", "us"). By using Trimstack you agree to these terms.

What Trimstack is

Trimstack gives independent barbers and stylists ("professionals") a booking page, a schedule, a client book and payment tools, and lets clients book appointments with them. Professionals are independent businesses — they are not Trimstack employees, and Trimstack is not responsible for the services they provide or for agreements made between a professional and a client, including job-board postings between professionals.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate and yours to share.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a professional account or to pay for a subscription.

Professional subscriptions

• Setting up an account and a booking page is free. A subscription of $9.99 per month (charged through Stripe) is required to make a booking page live.
• You can cancel at any time; your page stays live until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.

Bookings and payments

• Appointment payments and deposits are charged through Stripe directly to the professional's connected Stripe account. Trimstack does not hold client payments for appointments.
• Each professional sets their own prices, availability and cancellation rules. Disputes about a service, a deposit or a refund are between the client and the professional.
• Clients must provide accurate contact information so the professional can reach them about their appointment.

Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading or discriminatory content anywhere in the app.
• Job-board postings must be real openings. Trimstack never handles payments between posters and applicants, and postings that break the board rules may be removed.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Trimstack is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Trimstack is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Questions: neric.perezp@gmail.com.
