Privacy Policy

Trimstack is a booking platform for independent barbers, stylists and their clients, operated by Vanguard Image Consulting LLC ("Trimstack", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When a professional or a client creates an account: name, email address, profile photo, and sign-in details from the provider you choose (such as Google or Apple).
• Booking information. When a client books: their name, phone number, email, the service and time chosen, notes for the professional, and any reference photo they upload.
• Professional business information. Services, prices, working hours, business address, and portfolio photos a professional chooses to publish on their booking page.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch Trimstack's servers. We receive confirmation of payment status and limited details (such as card type and last four digits) so bookings and subscriptions can be managed.
• Device storage. We use your browser's local storage to remember your appointments and preferences on your device. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To create and manage accounts, bookings, reschedules and cancellations.
• To show a client their appointments and show a professional their client book.
• To process subscription and appointment payments through Stripe.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

• The professional you book with sees your booking details (name, contact info, service, notes, reference photo) so they can provide your appointment.
• Service providers who run the platform for us — hosting, account authentication and Stripe for payments — process information only to provide their service.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your choices

• You can review and update your account and profile information in the app at any time.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing neric.perezp@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
• Deleting your account removes your profile; booking records may be kept where a professional needs them for their business records or where the law requires it.

Security & retention

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Children

Trimstack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
